During this work, we also want to address other issues on and around the road. For example, there are concerns about traffic speed, road safety, tree roots, water on the road, and the bike path.

We have investigated how the road can be improved. We would also like to know what residents consider important. That is why the residents of Barneveldsestraat and Wittenoordseweg were informed about the municipality's investigation during an information meeting on May 21. We also asked the residents which areas we should pay extra attention to and why. This information will help us draw up a good plan for the road. The plan must strike a good balance between safety, accessibility, and costs.
